Easy to grow and I really like the flower color. Plant received was of decent size+had flowerbuds. It's a true blue, slightly bluer than borage at peak. This is one of the fuzziest plants I have ever touched and it's fun for that reason.My one negative is that, I was keeping this in a container because I heard it has high drainage needs and because I wanted a milkweed ''backup'' (I often have indoor caterpillar stragglers that run out of food after frost events). Unfortunately, even when all other milkweed was gone they would not finish a leaf. A caterpillar ate about half of one but it pupated instead of finishing it. For those working with the Florida population of monarchs, keep that in mind. Do not rely on this plant as caterpillar food. Use Swamp milkweed (moist), Whorled milkweed (dry), and Tropical milkweed (general) for caterpillar food.
