Devil plant! Spreads everywhere! (11/11/2023)
If you want an idea of how invasive this plant is, imagine if Cana Lilies and nut grass became hybridized. That's what you will be dealing with. It will push up tile, crowd out other plants. I didn't even plant it in the ground but at some point a cutting must have dropped in the grass and now I have to ward off a rainforest. If I lived on a larger property, I wouldn't care, but this is threatening my garden and patio.

wonderful plant and want more (9/30/2021)
I have had my plant for 2 years now indoors. I need a larger planter and will need of more. The plant loves tropical and subtropical climate. The leaves are delicious adding anise flavor to Mexican cuisine.

Extremely Invasive (2/27/2021)
This is one of the most invasive plants I’ve ever encountered. Planted 2 plants one year ago this month (North Florida) and am still trying to eradicate it. Very difficult to remove since it spreads by underground runners. In one year it has spread as far as 8 feet underground from the main plants! Please do not buy, sell or cultivate this plant (at least in this and nearby growing zones).
