Great native groundcover that provides excellent soil coverage/weed protection. I have mine on an east facing slope. Happy in full blazing Texas sun if watered periodically (during times of no rain) and happy in shade with no supplemental watering once established. Reliably returns year after year, but resents being mowed. Flowers are small, but exquisite and much loved by pollinators. I planted mine on 1.5 foot centers and had full coverage at the end of the first season.
