Large 1/2" wide purple flowers edged in light lavender to white with the three lower petals having a deep purple stripe make this Sky Flower unique. Purple Lace produces flowers that are larger than the species on a vigorous growing plant producing a seemingly non-stop display of the gently drooping grape-like clusters of flowers throughout the growing season that attract a variety of pollinators especially bees. The flowers may be followed by clusters of bright yellow to orange-yellow fruit.
