Camellias - Pink Flowered Japonicas
Pink Flowered Camellia Japonicas and hybrids. These are the large flowered Camellias like your grandparents grew. Camellias are evergreen shrubs that are highly popular throughout areas with acid soils in zones 7 to 9. Add them to the garden or landscapes and enjoy them in containers.
The petals of these large double flowers are a deep pink fading to light pink and surround a boss of yellow tipped stamens. April Remembered Camellia is an exceptionally long flowering hybrid which can begin flowering in fall with flowers produced into spring (late-season). This is a medium sized evergreen shrub useful as a hedge or a lower specimen to set in front of its larger growing cousins or on its own as a specimen plant in the garden and landscape. April Remembered is a member of the Ice Angels series developed by Dr. Clifford Parks for improved cold hardiness into zone 6. Item# 11786
