Luscious® Marmalade Lantana (medium mounder, orange shades)

Lantana camara 'G12166' PP27378, CAN 5309

A vigorous, free flowering powerhouse! The large rounded flower clusters seem to transition through every shade of orange deepening as they age into marmalade and cover the neatly mound forming plants from spring until frost attracting a variety of pollinators. Luscious® Marmalade Lantana is a University of Florida certified seed sterile selection with good vigor and a neatly mounded habit that lends itself to use as a specimen container plant, in mixed company, as well as for easy summer-long color in the sunny garden and landscape. The improved vigor makes the Luscious® Lantana series a better choice as a summer annual than some of the more dwarf varieties especially where the growing season is shorter or cooler. Being sterile means that the plants can spend more energy on flowering instead of fruiting and there is little chance of it escaping in areas where this is a concern. Provide a full to mostly sunny site in a fertile, average moist soil for optimum vigor and continuous flowering. Images courtesy of Proven Winners©, www.provenwinners.com, all rights reserved.
